Refunds / Returns

ECS-Wholesale.com (ECSW) will exchange any defective atomizers, batteries or electrical items purchased within 30 days. This warranty does not cover e-liquids or used or opened cartridges. Atomizer/battery replacements may be cross shipped, or ECSW may require the buyer to send defective items items prior to replacement at ECSW's discretion.

 

Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. All kits (including free items) must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a replacement. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded.

 

ECS-Wholesale.com (ECSW) is not responsible for shipping costs on damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery.
